Gary Sager is now a Folk Wood Player!
Beth, Alyce and their friend Elaine felt at a loss when the guitarist who had played with them for the past two years recently had to drop out of being a "Folk Wood Player". Fortunately, Gary offered to join them. Gary loves to play dulcimer but his first instrument was guitar and he would like the opportunity to play more on that instrument. Lucky for the rest of Folk Wood Players!
Below on this same page is a photo taken at Gary's first performance with the ladies at the Mt. Gilead Fair Grounds for the Farm Days Antique Tractor Show.
One of Beth's favorite momments was when Toni said Gary should smile more and Alyce quipped, Well, at least we reassured him he didn't have to wear a skirt!"

CHECK OUT EVENING ROSE AT THE CAMPUS CUP AGAIN THIS YEAR! HERE IS MY IMPRESSION OF LAST YEAR'S IRISH CONCERT
On March 11, 2005, Cindy, Kathy and Laura, a.k.a. Evening Rose performed from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Campus Cup in Lancaster. The room was filled with folks who enjoyed the predominantly Celtic set. The gals wore green to help us get in the St. Pat's Day spirit. Their voices blend wonderfully. Everyone especially seemed to enjoy the sing along which included Irish Lullaby and When Irish Eyes are Smiling. There was talk of a future CD. I hope so.
